Fourth Ward Poll Workers Needed

Clearfield County Election Office is in search of an entire election board in Clearfield Borough 4th Ward. This would be the area pictured in pink on this map. If an election board is not nominated, this could result in the residents of that area having to vote at another polling place.

A board of elections at the precinct level consists of five members, including a Judge of Elections that runs the election at the precinct level and the Majority and Minority Inspectors. Each Inspector then has appointed clerks.  The Judge and Inspectors need to be available to work all day on Election Day from approximately 6:00 AM until after the polls close at 8:00 PM and they have completed all of the paperwork and torn down the equipment. Two of the workers must then bring the results back to Election Central.

These are paid positions at $150.00 for the Judge and Inspectors and $135.00 for the Clerks.

Trainings are held before every election and they are paid $15.00 plus round trip mileage to attend.  Training is about 2 hours.
