Trick-or-Treat for Clearfield Borough will be on Saturday, October 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Residents are reminded to turn on their porch lights if they want visitors. Residents are also reminded to not block roadways if traveling by car within the borough, and to be mindful of heavy pedestrian traffic Halloween night.
Parents are asked to be present with their kids while they’re walking to houses, and council noted that both the fire and police departments will be out, as well.
Trick-or-Treat plans could change due to the COVID-19 protocols.
