BID NOTICE
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Borough of Clearfield, 6 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830 until 4:00 PM on Thursday, October 01, 2026, to furnish heating fuel oil as may be required to various Borough buildings from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
WATCHDOG SERVICE IS REQUIRED. BID MUST INCLUDE A PRE-PURCHASE, FIXED, AND A VARIABLE PRICE.
Bids will be opened at the Council Meeting on Thursday, October 01, 2026. Specifications and quantities may be obtained at the Clearfield Borough Office. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond. The Borough reserves the right to waive informalities in Bids and to reject any or all Bids.
