NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough of Clearfield is accepting sealed bids with a reserve bid of $8,000 on the sale of the following borough-owned property:
Property Location: 330 South 4th Street Clearfield, PA 16830
Sealed bids will be accepted until July 16, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. and should be submitted to the Borough Office at 6 South Front Street, Clearfield, PA 16830.
The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids/offers and to waive any informalities as permitted by law.
